Delivery Policy

Once your parcel has been handed over to our hauliers, please be aware any issues or delays experienced with your order are their responsibility and we cannot refund charges on their behalf. 

Please remember this when ordering and ensure that you don't leave things to the very last minute! And remember, the world is short-staffed, so always be kind. ❤️

Delivery Options

UK standard delivery (Mainland only)  £3.95 – Timing 2-3 working days (Royal Mail or DPD)

Where our standard delivery service has been selected, we aim to dispatch your goods from our warehouse within 1 working day of placing your order (excluding weekends & UK public holidays). We will send you an email confirming when we have dispatched your order. Delivery will normally take 2-3 working days from placing your order.

UK express delivery (Mainland only) £5.95 – Timing 1-2 working days (Royal Mail or DPD)

For express delivery, orders will be despatched the same day when placed before 14:00pm. We cannot guarantee orders will be despatched the same day if ordered after this time. Our express delivery aims to reach you in 1-2 working days.

Highland & Islands, NI, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, BFPO & Eire £12.95- Timing 3-5 working days (Royal Mail or DPD)

Free UK standard delivery to mainland UK on orders over £30 (Royal Mail or DPD)

All deliveries are sent with a tracked service, including standard delivery. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing the tracking number for your parcel. Please use this to track your parcels journey. 

All product prices are quoted inclusive of VAT. VAT receipts for UK deliveries can be requested from our customer service team at [email protected], your VAT receipt will only become available once your order has been delivered. 


Returns Policy

We LOVE all our products & we're sure you will, too! We get it though, things happen. We are happy to accept returns within 14 days of receiving your item under the following circumstances: 

The item has been purchased via the Pukka Pads website (www.pukkastationery.com)
The item is returned in its original condition, unused and in its original unopened packaging
The item is safely packed to avoid damages in transit and is clearly labelled with your order number

Please note, that if you return an item and the above conditions are not met, we will be unable to offer you a full refund. Once we have received your return we will start the returns process and refund you for the order. We will always refund the original payment amount for all items meeting the refund criteria, however, shipping costs will not be refunded

We do not offer free returns on our items. We suggest choosing a tracked service and getting a receipt for proof of postage. If your item is faulty, or damaged or you have received the incorrect item please get in touch with our customer service team at [email protected] we aim to respond to your email within 3 working days, this does not include weekends. Please note that response times may vary and our customer service team will aim to respond to your query as quickly as we can. Please remember to be kind when speaking to our team.
