Delivery & Returns Policy

Delivery Policy -

As we all know, the whole world is under huge pressure right now and especially with shortages of delivery drivers within the UK. Because of this, your delivery may take slightly longer than usual but please be assured your parcel will always leave our site on time.

Once your parcel has been handed over to our hauliers, please be aware any issues and delays experienced is their responsibility and we cannot refund charges on their behalf.

Please always bear this in mind when ordering and ensure you don’t leave things to the very last minute! And remember, the world is short staffed, so always be kind ❤️

Delivery Options –

UK Standard Delivery (not including Highland & Islands, NI, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, BFPO & Eire) – £2.95
– Timing 3-5 Working Days (Hermes/Royal Mail)

UK Express Delivery (not including Highland & Islands, NI, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, BFPO & Eire) – £3.95 on all other orders
– Timing 1-2 Working Day (Hermes - please be aware Hermes are currently experiencing disruptions to the network so this may be extended)

Highland & Islands, NI, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, BFPO & Eire - £6

All deliveries are tracked, including Standard Delivery. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing the tracking number for your parcel.

All product prices are quoted inclusive of VAT. VAT receipts for UK deliveries can be requested from our customer service team.

Where our standard delivery service has been selected, we aim to dispatch your goods from our warehouse within 1 working day of you placing your order (excluding weekends & UK public holidays). We will send you an email confirming when we have dispatched your order. Delivery will normally take 2-3 working days from the moment you place your order.

 

Returns Policy -

We LOVE all our products & we're sure you will, too!  We get it though, things happen.

If a product you receive is faulty or you want to return an unopened item, you can return this to us within 14 days of receipt. In order to process a refund or replacement please contact as soon as possible. Once you have let us know you would like to return your item(s) and why, we will process your return and provide you with a pre-paid returns label.

For items you would like to return, we will refund you the price you paid. We will not refund you the cost of delivery.

Only the items purchased from our website may be returned to us. If you have bought our products in a store, please return to the store.

All items must be returned in new condition and in their original packaging. We cannot refund items which have been opened and not in their original packaging

Unfortunately, items that are discounted or bought in a sale are non-refundable.

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of the day on which we receive the items.
